A 31-year-old G1P0 woman was seen at the OBGYN office where she had been receiving annual checkups.

Pregnancy was confirmed.

She was seen by a midwife.

She was offered carrier testing (CF, SMA, fragile X) but declined.

A note was made to ask her again at the next visit.
