A 75-year-old woman presented to her GI doctor with worsening dysphagia.
Six years prior she had an esophageal dilation to treat a Schatzki’s ring.
Her GI physician scheduled an EGD.
She was also due for a screening colonoscopy, which was scheduled at the same time.
