Ms. W suffered from back pain and underwent an anterior fusion of L3-L4 by Dr. A in April 2016. She continued to suffer pain radiating down her leg on the right side. Imaging showed that one of the plates used in the fusion was impinging on the L3 nerve root. She was taken back to the operating room in July 2016 and the plate was repositioned.
