Ms. A was on a ladder when she was suddenly attacked by bees and fell from the ladder.

She injured her left knee, and was diagnosed with a tibial plateau fracture.

She was admitted to the hospital and underwent closed reduction and external fixator placement by Dr. M.

Several days later she underwent definitive repair with Dr. A.
