A 65-year-old man had a syncopal episode at work and struck his head.

His coworkers called 911 and he was taken to a nearby ED.

CT scans revealed subarachnoid hemorrhage involving the left frontal and temporal sulci, left subdural hematoma, and a right temporal bone fracture.

He was not on blood thinners.
