A 50-year-old woman was referred for a screening colonoscopy in 2008.
The procedure was done by a general surgeon.
2 diminutive polyps were removed, one at the transverse colon and one at the rectum.
Pathology results suggested hyperplastic polyps.
2 squamous papillomas were seen in the rectum but not removed.
