A 52-year-old woman presented to the ED with nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.
She had crampy abdominal discomfort in the epigastrium that was very mild, so Dr. D did not feel a CT was necessary.
He checked labs, gave her fluids, and discharged her home.
