A 46-year-old man presented to the ED with chest pain.

He had a history of atrial flutter, for which he had an ablation 8 months prior, followed by another ablation 4 months later after a recurrence of his arrhythmia.

His troponins were negative and EKG did not show ischemic changes.

He was admitted for chest pain obs.
