A G2P1 woman was seen by Dr. M (OBGYN) starting at 18 weeks gestation.
The pregnancy had been unremarkable.
A 20 week ultrasound did not show any concerning abnormalities.
Her only notable obstetrical history was a first pregnancy that produced a 2525g (5lb 9 oz) baby at 40 weeks gestation.
