A 58-year-old man called his PCP (Dr. Ca) and reported shortness of breath, cough, fever, and body aches.
Dr. Ca called in a prescription for azithromycin.
The patient had polycystic kidney disease, CKD, hypertension, kidney stones, gout, and coronary artery disease (s/p stents to left circumflex and LAD).
