A 72-year-old woman was diagnosed with degenerative joint disease of her right knee.
An orthopedic surgeon recommended a right knee total arthroplasty.
The surgeon requested risk stratification be completed by her PCP.
As a part of this workup, a chest x-ray was ordered.
