A 70-year-old woman had an abnormal Pap smear.
She underwent a colposcopy and vaginal biopsy with Dr. A, a gynecologic oncology specialist.
She was on Eliquis for atrial fibrillation.
Given this was a minor procedure, she was not advised to stop taking Eliquis.
