Citein medscape for mortality figures? Christ. There could have been a real malpractice case here, depending on the actual situation, I am curious to know the full story.
Agree, this is a complete disaster of an expert opinion. I'd love to have the full medical records to review, unfortunately the attorney had no idea what they were doing and the records are not in the legal records anywhere. Bummer!
